Heritage-making As A Vector Of Solidarity Tourism Attractiveness: An Illustration Through The Potential Of The Province Of Tizi-ouzou.

Abstract
The objective of our article is to present the heritage potential of the province of Tizi-Ouzou, rich in natural and cultural resources, highlighted through the process of heritage-making with the aim of revitalizing and energizing solidarity tourism in the province. In this work, we questioned the strategies implemented by local actors within the framework of the heritage process as a factor of attractiveness for solidarity tourism in the province of Tizi-Ouzou. The methodology adopted is based on an interview guide with the relevant organizations (Direction of Culture, Direction of Tourism and Handicrafts, El Mujahid Museum, Chamber of Handicrafts, Direction of Agriculture). The main result of our research highlights the willingness of public authorities, through all their institutions and launched programs, to promote local heritage and exploit heritage resources in favor of solidarity tourism.
