الملخص

إن ظاهرة هدر السياق الشرعي في القراءات المعاصرة ، أصبحت متفشية للعيان، تنظيرا وتطبيقا وممارسة ، ومما لا شك فيه أن إهدار ضوابط دلالة السياق الشرعي عند النظر في تفسير القران الكريم ، يعدّ من أهم العوامل التي أدت إلى ظهور التيارات الفكرية المعاصرة التي خالفت منهج السلف من الصحابة والتابعين وأتباعهم في تفسير النصوص الشرعية ، حيث أهملت القرائن المقامية والمقالية المحيطة بالسياق ، فحرفوا النصوص القرآنية وانحرفوا عن الجادة ، ويعد محمد عابد الجابري أحد هؤلاء المدعين التجديد في التفسير ، الذين أهملوا السياق وما يدور حوله من قرائن وشطحوا في الخيال الوهمي والجدل الماركسي وعليه سنحاول من خلال بحثنا هذا تسليط الضوء على هذه القراءات المعاصرة مركزين في ذلك على قراءة محمد الجابري للسياق، عرضا ونقدا لبعض أقواله.
