الملخص

ملخص : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم نماذج للسياسة الخارجية الأمريكية من حيث أهدافها ومحدداتها الداخلية والخارجية ووسائل تنفيذها، خلال الفترة 1945-2022وتأتي أهميتها من كون الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية دولة عظمى تريد أن تفرض سيطرتها على العالم، من أجل تحقيق مكاسب سياسية واقتصادية وأمنية وذلك عبر تفوقها العسكري والتقني والاقتصادية والاستخباري. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها:أن الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية تمتلك كل مقومات القوة الشاملة كما أنها استغلت معظم أدوات تنفيذ السياسة الخارجية بفعالية، مما مكنها من تحقيق أهداف سياستها الخارجية بصورة أكبر من غيرها، ضعف المؤثرات الخارجية جعلتها لا تراعي الجوانب الإنسانية والأخلاقية في تحقيق أهدافها. Abstract This study aimed to present models of American foreign policy in terms of its objectives, internal and external determinants, and means of implementation, in 1945-2022 and its importance comes from the fact that the United States of America is a superpower that wants to impose its control over the world in order to achieve political, economic and security gains, through its military, technical, economic and intelligence superiority. The study reached a set of results, including: that the United States of America possesses all the elements of comprehensive power, as it has exploited most of the tools for implementing foreign policy effectively, which enabled it to achieve its foreign policy goals more than others, and the weakness of external influences made it not take into account the humanitarian and moral aspects in achieving its goals.
