حوكمة السياسيات العامة: القضايا، العمليات والتأثيرات الرئيسية Public Policy Governance : Key Issues, Processes And Impacts

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على موضوع حوكمة السياسات العامة، ورصد التحول في دور حكومات الدول والقطاع العام في معالجة القضايا والمشاكل المجتمعية على ضوء تطبيق مبادئ ومرتكزات الحوكمة، وكذلك فهم حوكمة السياسيات العامة وعملياتها وتأثيراتها الرئيسية، وقد خلصت الدراسة الى أن الحوكمة الرشيدة تعتبر شرطا جوهريا لتفعيل عمل وأداء الحكومة ومؤسسات الدولة ومطلبا رئيسيا لتحقيق جودة السياسات العامة، بالنظر لما توفره الحوكمة الرشيدة من بيئة مناسبة وسليمة تعزز وتضمن تحقيق أهداف ونتائج السياسيات العامة في ظل سيادة القانون والمشاركة السياسية والمدنية والشفافية والنزاهة والعدل والمساوة والاستجابة والرؤية الاستراتيجية. Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the issue of public policy governance, and monitor the transformation in the role of state governments and the public sector in addressing societal issues and problems in light of the application of governance principles and foundations, as well as understanding public policy governance, its processes and its main impacts. It was concluded that good governance is an essential condition for activating the work and performance of the government and state institutions and a major requirement for achieving the quality of public policies, given that good governance provides an appropriate and sound environment that enhances and ensures the achievement of the goals and results of public policies under the rule of law, political and civil participation, transparency, integrity, justice, equality, responsiveness and
