Communication And The Pedagogical Accompaniment Of Students With Startup Projects

Abstract
Pedagogical accompaniment professors encounter several situational challenges and diverse personalities when working with students with startup projects. These encounters revolve around communicating effectively to maximize the benefits of this guidance and training relationship. The project owner frequently faces many challenges and strategic considerations, followed by financial and psychological pressure when making decisions. This paper seeks to unravel the peculiarities of pedagogical accompaniment for students with projects as a communicative relationship based on a set of methods and strategies. It suggests ways to equip students with the necessary skills and guide and advise them to lead their projects from concept to reality.
