الملخص

ملخص: هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية الى معرفة مفهوم التكوين البيداغوجي و انواعه و دوره في نجاح العملية التعليمية و الذي يمثل حجر الزاوية في الرفع من مستوى كفايات المعلم التدريسية الاجرائية التي يعتمدها اثناء ممارسة نشاطه التدريسي و الذي يتمثل في تلك المهارات التي يمارسها و يخضع لها المعلم بهدف تحسين مهاراته و كفاءاته في ميدان التدريس و البيداغوجيا سواء تعلق الامر بكيفية نقل المعرفة للمتعلم من خلال طرائق و اساليب تدريس معينة و تقنيات تواصل صفية او تقويم التعلمات المقدمة للجماعة الصفية و يلعب التكوين دورا فعالا في تحسين مستوى العملية التعليمية كما بينت ذلك العديد من الاعمال حول الموضوع فرفع كفاءة المعلم البيداغوجية تؤثر على المتعلم ايجابيا و هو ماينعكس بدوره ايجابيا على العملية التعليمية ككل̣ الكلمات المفتاحية:التكوين،التكوين البيداغوجي،العملية التعليمية. Abstract: This research paper aimed to enderstand the concept of pedagogical training its various types and its role in the succes of the educational process.this training represents the cornerstone of enhancing the procedural teaching competencies of teachers, which they employ during their teaching activities. This training encompasses the skills teachers practice and are exposed to in order to improve their skills and competencies in the field of pedagogy and teaching, whether related to how to transfer knowledge to the learner through specific teaching methods and techniques, classroom communication techniques, or the evaluation of the learning provided to the class group. Training plays an effective role in improving the level of the educational process, as many works on the subject have demonstrated. Raising the teacher's pedagogical competence positively impacts the learner, which in turn is reflected in the taeching-laerning process as awhole.
