الملخص
ملخص: نالت الهند استقلاله سنة 1947 وعمل الاستعمار الإنجليزي على تجزئتها و تقسيمها الى مجموعة دول ، بهدف اضعافها وتأخيرها عن الركب الحضاري ، مع ذلك تمكنت من قطع أشواط هائلة في ميدان التنمية والتقدم في مختلف المجالات محاولة التخلص من مخلفات الاستعمار الإنجليزي . حتى أصبحت سادس قوة اقتصادية في العالم سب التصنيف العالمي ومن ثم اصبت التجربة الهندية في التنمية مثلا يتحذى به وهي من اكثر التجارب التي اثارت سجالات وجدالا حادا في الأوساط العالمية خاصة وانه بلد المتناقضات . ففي الوقت الذي تعرف فيه مؤشرات التنمية دفعا قويا الى الامام نجد سواد كبير من المجتمع الهندي يعاني من الفاقة والحرمان وفي الوقت الذي فجرت فيه القنبلة النووية مازال الكثير من سكانها يمتطي الأرض فراشا والسماء غطاء . كما ان المعقدة للمجتمع الهندي والتي غذاها الاستعمار في وقت ما ؛لم تمنع التطور . ومن هذا التناقض كان اهتمامنا ومحاولتنا لمعرفة أسباب هذه التجربة التي حققت نجاحات عديدة . Abstract: India gained its independence in 1947 and the English colonialists worked to fragment it and divide it into a group of countries, with the aim of weakening it and delaying it from civilization, yet it was able to make huge strides in the field of development and progress in various fields, trying to get rid of the remnants of English colonialism. Until it became the sixth economic power in the world according to global rankings Hence, the Indian experience in development has become an example to be followed, and it is one of the most controversial and controversial experiences in international circles, especially since it is a country of contradictions. At a time when development indicators are experiencing a strong push forward, we find a large part of Indian society suffering from poverty and deprivation, and at a time when the nuclear bomb was detonated, many of its inhabitants still ride the earth as a bed and the sky as a cover. The complexity of Indian society, nurtured by colonialism, has not prevented development. From this contradiction was our interest and our attempt to find out the reasons for this experience that achieved many successes
