الصنعة الحديثية في كتاب "منهج السالك في شرح موطأ مالك" للشيخ التواتي بن التواتي الأغواطي

الملخص
يتناول المقال بحثا عن أهم كتب الشرح الحديثي المعاصر لموطأ الإمام مالك بن أنس ، ويتعلق الأمر ب"منهج السالك في شرح موطأ مالك" للشيخ التواتي بن التواتي، حيث يرصد أهم معالم الصنعة الحديثية في الكتاب من جهة الإسناد والمتن، لإبراز منهج الشيخ في الشرح، وبيان أهم مميزاته، وكيف تعامل مع المسائل العلمية كالجرح والتعديل، والتخريج ودراسة الأسانيد وعلل الأخبار الواردة في أصل الكتب أو في أحاديث الباب التي استدل بها على المسائل ، وكذا منهجه في التعامل مع غريب الحديث ومُختَلِفه ومشكله وغيرها، وفق محورين أولهما خاص بالتعريف بالكتاب، والثاني في إبراز معالم الصنعة الحديثية فيه، قد أفاد البحث أن الكتاب يجمع جل عناصر الصنعة الحديثية الإسنادية كالجرح والتعديل ، والتخريج والحكم على الحديث، وكذلك المتنية كالغريب والمختلف. Abstract:The article explores one of the most important contemporary hadith commentaries on Al-Muwatta by Imam Malik ibn Anas, specifically Manhaj Al-Salik fi Sharh Muwatta Malik by Sheikh Al-Tuwati bin Al-Tuwati. It examines the key aspects of the hadith methodology in the book, focusing on both the chain of transmission (isnad) and the text (matn). The study aims to highlight the sheikh’s approach to commentary, its main features, and how he dealt with scholarly issues such as jarh wa ta'dil (criticism and validation of narrators), hadith sourcing (takhrij), analysis of chains of transmission, and identifying defects in narrations, whether in the original book or in the supporting hadiths used for legal deductions. It also discusses his methodology in addressing hadith anomalies, contradictions, and complex narrations According to two main axes: the first focuses on introducing the book, and the second highlights the features of ḥadīth methodology. The research shows that the book includes most elements of the isnād-based methodology, such as al-jarḥ wa al-ta‘dīl (criticism and accreditation of narrators), takhrīj (ḥadīth sourcing), and ruling on aḥādīth. It also covers matn-based aspects like gharīb (uncommon terms) and mukhtalif.
