التواصل الأسري وعلاقته بالعنف المدرسي - دراسة ميدانية على عينة من تلاميذ الطور المتوسط

الملخص
إن بناء الإنسان السوي هو هدف تسعى إليه كافة المجتمعات، إذ أنه القوة التي تبني المجتمعات المختلفة. فعلى الرغم من تعدد مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية فإننا نرجح كفة الأسرة باعتبارها تتولى رعاية الفرد وتهذيبه، خاصة في أهم مراحل بناء شخصيته (من الطفولةإلىالمراهقة)، والتي ينتقل خلالها إلى المدرسة، وهي ثاني مؤسسة أو كيان اجتماعي للتنشئة، إذ تحتل مكانة مهمة وبارزة في المجتمعات المعاصرة لأنها تكسب الفرد القيم الثقافية وتلقنه مهارات تمكنه من الاندماج في بيئته، كما تقوم المدرسة في إطار الوظيفة التربوية المسندة إليها بتعديل السلوكيات الخاطئة، لذلك أوكلت للنسق المدرسي مسؤولية بناء السلوك القويم للأفراد وصقل شخصيتهم الاجتماعية والثقافية، غير أنها وفي ظل التحولات الكثيرة والمتسارعة اليوم، أصبحت تعاني من العديد من المشكلات والآفات مما أثر عليها سلبا في أداء وظائفها التربوية التعليمية. Abstract : Building a healthy human being is a goal that all societies seek, as it is the force that builds different societies. Despite the multiplicity of social upbringing institutions, we favor the family as it takes care of and educates the individual, especially in the most important stages of building his personality (from childhood to adolescence), during which he moves to school, which is the second institution or social entity for upbringing, as it occupies an important and prominent position in contemporary societies because it provides the individual with cultural values and teaches him skills that enable him to integrate into his environment. The school, within the framework of the educational function assigned to it, also modifies wrong behaviors, so the school system was entrusted with the responsibility of building up the right behavior of individuals and refining their social and cultural personality. However, in light of the many and rapid transformations today, it has begun to suffer from many problems and plagues that have negatively affected its performance of its educational and teaching functions.
