Abstract

Artificial intelligence is considered one of the basic topics that has gained the attention of scholars and practitioners, following the technological development taking place in this field and its positive impact on the performance of the global, regional and local economy as well as at the corporate level. The problem of this paper emerges, which is to investigate the level and classification of Arab countries in the Global Index for Responsible Artificial Intelligence in its first report for the year 2024, by using descriptive analytical methodology. The results support the responsible AI ecosystem by providing empirical evidence that strengthens the role of civil society, integrates and promotes AI in its key sectors, and Adopt responsible AI at individual, organizational and national levels.يعتبر الذكاء الاصطناعي من المواضيع الأساسية التي حظيت باهتمام الدارسين والممارسين، إثر التطور التكنولوجي الذي يشهده هذا المجال وأثره الإيجابي على أداء الاقتصاد العالمي والإقليمي والمحلي وكذلك على مستوى الشركات. ومن هنا تبرز مشكلة هذا البحث وهي الوقوف على مستوى وتصنيف الدول العربية في المؤشر العالمي للذكاء الاصطناعي المسؤول في تقريره الأول لعام 2024. وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي تدعم هذه النتائج النظام البيئي المسؤول للذكاء الاصطناعي من خلال توفير الأدلة التجريبية التي تعزز دور المجتمع المدني، ودمج الذكاء الاصطناعي وتعزيزه في قطاعاته الرئيسية، واعتماد الذكاء الاصطناعي المسؤول على المستويات الفردية والتنظيمية والوطنية.
