دور المرافقة في تطوير الكفاءات المهنية

الملخص
ملخصملخص يهتم هذا البحث بأهمية المرافقة المهنية في الوسط المهني ودورها في تطوير كفاءات العامل، خاصة العامل المبتدئ الخاضع للتربص، كحالة الطالب المتربص في مهنة التدريس الذي سيصبح أستاذ مبتدئ مستقبلا، لذا سلطت هذه الدراسة الضوء على دور كل من المرافق والتربص وأهمية كل عنصر في المرافقة، المرافقة التي تعتبر جوهر التربص، بالتطرق لكل من مفهوم التربص ومفهوم المرافقة ونماذجها وأشكالها، دورها وأهميتها وطبيعة المعارف الناتجة من التربص. إلى جانب التطرق لكل من دور ومهام ومشاكل كل شخص مِمَن يمثلها (الأستاذ المرافق، الطالب المتربص والأستاذ المكّون) والذين يعتبرون أطرافا مهمة في عملية المرافقة، مع الإشارة لأهمية كل من الخبرة والممارسة التأملية في تطوير كفاءات هؤلاء الاعضاء. في الأخير نهدف من خلال هذا الموضوع تسليط الضوء حول أهمية تكوين أساتذة المستقبل في نظام يتطلب الربط بين النظري والتطبيقي، بالجمع بين الثلاثي المتشكل من الطالب المتربص، الأستاذ المرافق والمكون الجامعي، في سياق علمي يرتكز على الخبرة العملية والاعتراف أكثر بالبعد الجماعي للمرافقة بهدف المهنية. Abstract This research focuses on the importance of tutoring (professional accompaniment) in the professional environment and its role in developing the worker’s competencies (worker skills ), particularly for novice workers in training, such as the case of a student trainee in the teaching profession who will become a novice professor in the future. .Therefore, this study sheds light on the role of both tutor and training and the importance of each element in tutoring. The tutoring which is considered the essence of the training, by addressing both the concept of the training and the concept of tutoring and its development, its models and forms, its role and importance and the nature of the knowledge resulting from the training. In addition to addressing the role, tasks and problems of each person who represents it (the tutor, the student training and the training professor), who are considered important parties in the tutoring process, with reference to the importance of both experience and reflective practice in developing the competencies of these members. Finally, through this topic, we aim to shed light on the importance of training future teachers in a system that requires linking theory and practice, by combining the trio formed by the training student, the accompanying professor or the tutor and the university trainer, in a scientific context based on practical experience and greater recognition of the collective dimension of accompaniment for the purpose of professionalism. Résumé Cette recherche s'intéresse à l'importance de tutorat (l'accompagnement professionnel) dans le milieu professionnel et à son rôle dans le développement des compétences du travailleur, notamment du travailleur novice en stage, comme le cas d'un étudiant stagiaire dans la profession enseignante, qui deviendra le futur enseignant. Ainsi, cette étude met en lumière le rôle à la fois de tuteur et du stage ainsi que l’importance de chaque élément de tutorat. le tutorat qui est considéré comme l'essence du stage, en abordant à la fois la notion du stage et la notion de tutorat et ses modèles et formes, son rôle et son importance, et la nature des connaissances issues du stage. En plus d'aborder le rôle, les tâches et les problèmes de chaque personne qui représente le tutorat (le tuteur, l'étudiant stagiaire et le formateur), qui sont des acteurs importants dans le processus de tutorat, en soulignant l'importance tant de l'expérience que de la pratique réflexive dans le développement des compétences de ces membres. Enfin, nous visons, à travers cette thématique, à mettre en lumière l’importance de former les futurs enseignant dans un système qui nécessite de lier théorie et pratique, en réunissant le trio constitué de l’étudiant stagiaire, le tuteur et de formateur universitaire, dans un contexte scientifique fondé sur l’expérience pratique et une plus grande reconnaissance de la dimension collective de tutorat dans une perspective de professionnalisme.
