This study highlights the impact of macroeconomic strategies on attracting foreign investment in Southern Mediterranean countries, with a focus on the importance of regional and global partnerships in promoting economic growth. Panel data models were utilized using R software to analyze the relationship between foreign investment and key factors, including GDP, growth rates, government stability, management efficiency, workforce qualifications, education, democracy, and anti-corruption measures. The findings revealed systemic challenges, most notably the decline of investments in non-energy sectors in Algeria to less than 5%, underscoring the need for independent regional and legislative frameworks to enhance investment. The study recommended establishing participatory economic structures, unifying investment laws, coordinating policies through economic parliaments, and creating transparent arbitration bodies for conflict resolution. These measures aim to foster regional integration, attract sustainable investments, and support long-term development in the region.
