الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة إسهام الوقف الإسلامي في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية، في ظل كثرة أعباء الدولة الحديثة وعجز الميزانية عن تغطية كل النفقات العامة، حيث إن الوقف بجميع أنواعه يشكل ثروة هائلة، وموروثا حضاريا متجددا لا يستهان به، ويمكن أن يشكل موردا أساسيا ذاتيا؛ لتمويل الكثير من المشاريع الاقتصادية والقطاعات الخدَمية. ومن هذا الباب جاءت الدراسة لتركز على محاولة إبراز الوظيفة الاقتصادية للوقف، وكذا بيان دوره في عملية التنمية. Abstract: This study deals with the contribution of the Islamic endowment to achieving economic development, In light of the heavy burdens of the modern state and the budget inability to cover all public expenditures, We find that the all its type constitutes a fortune Huge, wealth And a renewed cultural heritage he can not be underestimated, It can be a self-priming resource To finance many economic projects and service sectors. From this section came the study to focus on trying to highlight The economic function of the waqf, as well as a statement of his role in the development process.
