الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الذي يلعبه تطبيق نموذج SWOT في تحقيق الأداء المتميز بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية، حيث تم التطرق إلى مختلف المفاهيم المرتبطة بنموذج SWOT وأهم استراتيجاياته، وإبراز علاقته بالأداء المتميز من وجهة نظر موظفي ومسيري مؤسسة مناجم الفوسفات –تبسة-، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لدراسة متغيرات الدراسة واستخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، التي وزعت على عينة عشوائية من موظفي مؤسسة مناجم الفوسفات –تبسة- المكونة من 34 موظف، واستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS لتحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج كان من أهمها وجود علاقة بين عناصر نموذج SWOT (نقاط القوة، نقاط الضعف، الفرص، التهديدات) والأداء المتميز. كما قدمت هذه الدراسة جملة من التوصيات كان أبرزها ضرورة الاستفادة من نتائج تحليل نموذج SWOT في تحسين الوضع العام للمؤسسات من خلال صياغة واختيار البديل الأفضل من الخيارات الإستراتيجية المتاحة، بهدف تحقيق الأداء والإرتقاء به إلى مستويات أعلى. الكلمات المفتاحية: نقاط القوة، نقاط الضعف، الفرص، التهديدات، الأداء المتميز. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the role played by the application of the SWOT model in achieving Outstanding Performance in the economic institution, where the various concepts related to the SWOT model and its most important strategies were addressed, and its relationship to Outstanding Performance was highlighted from the point of view of the employees and managers of the Phosphate Mines Corporation - Tebessa -, and the descriptive and analytical approach was relied upon to study the study variables and use the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, which was distributed to a random sample of employees of the Phosphate Mines Corporation - Tebessa - consisting of 34 employees, and the SPSS statistical program was used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. Based on the results of the analysis we found that the existence of a relationship between the elements of the SWOT model (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) and Outstanding Performance. In this context, it must be emphasized that it is necessary to benefit from the results of the SWOT model analysis in improving the general situation of institutions by formulating and choosing the best alternative from the available strategic options, with the aim of improving performance and raising it to higher levels.
