Proactive Leadership And Its Role In Enhancing The Educational Environment In Algerian Universities - Case Study: Faculty Of Economic At Skikda University

Abstract

The aime of this research to examine the relationship and influence of proactive leadership on enhancing the educational environment within the faculty of sciences. accomplish this goal, an electronic questionnaire was designed to collect data and distributed to all members of the sample. Several recommendations were made, including: providing training programs aimed at developing proactive leadership skills among administrative leaders to enhance their abilities to anticipate, make proactive decisions, and manage various challenges.
