الحق في المعلومة البيئية كأداة لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر.

الملخص
عمدت أغلب الدول الى تكريس الحق في النفاذ الى المعلومة، باعتباره من مقومات المقاربة التشاركية للنهج التنموي المعاصر في جميع المجالات و منها المجال البيئي، وهو الذي يعرف اهتماما نوعيا ورسميا في الآونة الأخيرة. ويهدف هذا المقال الى تقصي مدى إقرار وإنفاذ المشرع الجزائري البيئي لهذا الحق، باعتباره حقا اجرائيا، ترتكز عليه الشراكة البيئية الهادفة لحماية البيئة في إطار التنمية المستدامة، باعتبارها المقاربة المعاصرة التي أصبحت تتبناها مختلف الدول في سياساتها البيئية. وقد خلصت الدراسة الى ضرورة القيام بجهد تشريعي أكبر، من أجل التمكين المؤثر لهذا الحق عمليا. Abstract: Most of countries have devoted huge efforts to emphasize the right of "Access to information", considering it one of the participatory approach Principles , the antecedent approach cooperates significantly with different and Vival fields such as the environmental one.This article aims at investigating to what extent has the Algerian legistrator of environment established and applied "the access to information" right; considering it an important procedure that the participatory approach depends on to subsequently protect the environment under sustainable development.The most important implication of this study would be : the urgency to make more legistlating efforts.Therefore; the "access to information"right would be more efficient and practical
