المكانة العلميّة للحافظ التّنسي (ت 899ه/ 1493م) من خلال الأقوال والمرويّات الشّفويّة والنّقول

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى تبيان المكانة العلميّة الّتي وصل إليها أحد علماء مدينة تلمسان خلال القرن الثّامن الهجري (15م)، وهو: أبو عبد الله محمد بن عبد الله التّنسي، وبما أنّ قيمة الرّجال تتجلّى من خلال عدة معطيات؛ فقد تمّ اختيار ثلاث مسائل أساسيّة لتبيان ذلك، أوّلها: "الأقوال"، والمقصود بها: الأوصاف والنّعوت الّتي قالها معاصرو الحافظ التّنسي عنه، سواء كانوا تلامذته أو علماء عصره أو من جاء بعدهم من مصادر ترجمته، بما أنّ قيمة الممدوح من قيمة المادح. ثانيها: "المرويّات الشّفويّة"، والمقصود منها أمران، هما: ما رواه تلامذته عنه من أخبار – وكانت في مجملها تمثّل علاقته مع شيوخه أو مع تلامذته- وما تناقلوه من كتب تدارسوها عنه، ولهذا الأمر أهميّة بالغة، كَوْنَ المترجم له ورد ذكره في شجرات إسناد عالية لأمهات كتب الحديث والفقه والتّفسير وغيرها من العلوم، تمتد إلى مؤلّفيها، رواها هو عن شيوخه ورواها عنه تلامذته، وامتدّت روايتها بعدهم لأجيال عديدة، وثالثها: "النّقول"، وتعني ما نقل عنه من نصوص، وكان منها ما ضمّنه في بعض كتبه سواء الّتي وصلتنا أو المفقودة بالإضافة إلى فتاواه في مختلف قضايا عصره. This study aims to show the scholarly status reached by one of the scholars of the city of Tlemcen during the eighth century AH (15 AD), namely: Abu Abdullah Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Tansi. Given that the value of men is manifested through several data, three main topics have been chosen to show demonstrate the above. The first is "sayings", which means descriptions and epithets said by contemporaries of Al-Hafiz Al-Tanssi about him, whether they were his students or scholars of his time or those who came after them as sources of his translation, since the value of the praiseworthy is of the value of he who praises. The second is "oral narrations", which designates two things, namely: what his students told about him- and it was in its entirety representing his relationship with his sheikhs or with his students - and what they transmitted from the books they studied about him, and this matter is of great importance, because the translator has been mentioned high in the chain of transmission (isnad) for the books of hadith, jurisprudence, interpretation and other sciences, extending to their authors, narrated by him according to his sheikhs and narrated by his disciples according to him, and the narration extended after them for many generations. The third is "quotes ", which means the texts that were quoted from him, some of which were included in some of his books, whether we have received or lost, in addition to his fatwas on various issues of his time.
