الملخص
ملخص: الآلِيَات القانُونية لحِمَاية السَّكَن تهدف إلى ضمان استقرار الأفراد وحمايتهم من التَّعديات أو الإِخلاء غير المشروع من منازلهم. تحمي هذه الآلِيَات حُقُوق الأفراد في الــمِـلكيَة أو الحِيازَة أو الإيجار، حيث يضمن القانُون للأشخاص الحَق في التمتع بسكنهم دون التعرض للتدخلات غير القانُونية. سواء كان السَّكَن ملكًا للفرد أو تم الحصول عليه من خلال عقد إيجار أو حِيازَة ، فإن القانُون يوفر حِمَاية ضد التَّعدي على هذه الحُقوق ، ويضمن للأفراد إمكانية الدفاع عن ممتلكاتهم أو حيازتهم في حال تعرضهم لأي شكل من أشكال التَّعدي. كما تحدد القَوانِين إجراءات قانُونية واضحة لإِخلاء الأشخاص، بحيث يتم ذلك وفقًا للشروط المحددة قانُونا وبموجب حكم قضائي. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تضع القَوانِين شروطًا لتنظيم العلاقة بين المؤجر والمستأجر، وتوفر حِمَاية ضد الزيادة غير العادلة في الإيجار أو الإِخلاء التعسفي. بشكل عام، تهدف هذه الآلِيَات إلى توفير ضمانات قانُونية للأفراد، وضمان استقرارهم الاجتماعي من خلال حِمَاية حَق هم في السَّكَن . Abstract: The legal mechanisms for protecting housing aim to ensure individuals' stability and protect them from unlawful eviction or encroachment on their homes. These mechanisms safeguard individuals' rights in ownership, possession, or rental, ensuring that the law allows people to enjoy their homes without facing illegal interference. Whether the housing is owned by an individual or obtained through a rental agreement or possession, the law provides protection against violations of these rights, allowing individuals to defend their property or possession in case of any encroachment. Additionally, the law outlines clear procedures for eviction, ensuring it occurs according to legal conditions and by judicial order. Moreover, laws establish terms to regulate the relationship between landlords and tenants, providing protection against unfair rent increases or arbitrary eviction. In general, these mechanisms aim to offer legal guarantees for individuals, ensuring their social stability by protecting their right to housing.
