Abstract This study seeks to explore the relationship between the available data in the administrative community under study and the social stability of African migrant workers in the city. To investigate the various dimensions of the topic, we conducted a field study involving 47 purposively sampled African migrant workers. The study adopted a descriptive approach, deemed most suitable for describing and interpreting the study's data and delving into the surrounding variables. Data was collected using a questionnaire tool. Following the analysis, the study revealed that the social and economic environments play a role in the social stability of migrant workers within the local administrative community. The openness, flexibility, and acceptance of the host social environment helped migrants overcome the fear of rejection and facilitated their integration. Additionally, employment opportunities were identified as the primary gateway for migrants to enter the community and interact with the local population.
