رقمنة أنشطة أملاك الدولة

الملخص
تعتبر أملاك الدولة من أهم قطاعات وزارة المالية، نظرا للمهام المنوطة اليها والمتمثلة في حماية الأملاك الوطنية، وكذا الأهداف الاستراتيجية التي تسعى جاهدة الى تحقيقها والتي أبرزها دعم الاقتصاد الوطني. وعملا على تطوير مصالح أملاك الدولة تمت عصرنة القطاع وتجسيد الرقمنة عن طريق منصات وتطبيقات الكترونية متنوعة، هدفها الأساسي انشاء نظام رقمي خاص بالمعاملات العقارية. كما أن رقمنة القطاع قد ساهم في تحسين مختلف الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين والمتعاملين الاقتصاديين، الأمر الذي عزز الثقة في هذه الادارة العمومية وقرب المواطن اليها، مما يؤدي الى حسن سير هذا المرفق العمومي بانتظام واضطراد. State properties are considered one of the most important sectors of the Ministry of Finance, due to the tasks assigned to it, which include protecting national properties, as well as the strategic goals that it strives hard to achieve the most prominent of which is supporting the national economy. And in order to develop the state’s assets services, the sector has been modernized and digitized through various electronic platforms and applications, the primary goal of which is to create a digital system for land transactions. Furthermore, the digitization of the sector has contributed to improving various services provided to citizens and economic operators, which has enhanced trust in this public administration and brought citizens closer to it, leading to the regular and steady functioning of his public facility.
