Abstract

We talked about the role of the administrative judge in transferring the burden of supplementing administrative evidence when it is impossible for the plaintiff to bear it. The burden of supplementing the proof of the plaintiff is usually located, but in some cases it can become difficult for the plaintiff to bear this burden, and here comes the judge’s role to direct the process and judgment based on the evidence provided and the circumstances surrounding the case. The judge sometimes asks the second party to provide additional evidence or is based on technical reports to make a fair and legal decision. The role of the judge is to ensure justice and legal in the case.
