Anti-competitive Practices According To The Algerian Law

Abstract
In this article, we attempt to shed some light on the so-called anti-competitive practices addressed by Algerian legislation. The text in question is the order 03-03 of July 19, 2003, as amended and supplemented. These practices are essentially linked either to prices and the treatment of economic agents, or to producer agreements. نحاول في هذا المقال تسليط بعض الضوء على ما يسمى بالممارسات المنافية للمنافسة التي يتناولها التشريع الجزائري. والنص المقصود هو الأمر 03-03 المؤرخ في 19يوليو 2003، المعدل والمتمم. وترتبط هذه الممارسات أساسا إما بالأسعار ومعاملة المتعاملين الاقتصاديين، أو باتفاقات المنتجين.
