الذكاء الاصطناعي والعلوم السياسة: مجالات التأثير ومخاطر التنفيذ

الملخص
نسعى في هذه الورقة البحثية الى التعرف مجالات تأثير استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في العلوم السياسية، خصوصا ما تعلق بالسياسات الداخلية للدول وفي مجال العلاقات الدولية، وحاولنا ان نبين المخاطر الحالية، والمتوقعة لاستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في السياسة. قمنا باستخدام المنهج الوصفي باعتباره الانسب لهذه الدراسة النظرية، وتوصلنا الى جملة من النتائج من ضمنها ان الذكاء الاصطناعي أصبح يستخدم على نطاق واسع في الحملات الانتخابية، وفي النزاعات المسلحة، وانه أحد الاسباب الرئيسية التي ستؤدي الى تغيير النظام الدولي الحالي، ومن ضمن توصيات البحث ضرورة الاتجاه نحو استغلال تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجال السياسة In this research paper, we seek to identify the areas of impact of the use of artificial intelligence in political science, especially those related to the internal policies of countries and in the sphere of international relations. We tried to demonstrate the current and expected risks of using artificial intelligence in politics. We used the descriptive approach as the most appropriate for this theoretical study and reached a number of results. These results include that artificial intelligence has become widely used in electoral campaigns and armed conflicts, and that it is one of the main reasons that will change the current international system. Among the research recommendations is the necessity of exploiting artificial intelligence technologies in the field of politics.
