Both the United Nations and France are deeply involved in the crisis in Mali. This severe crisis has prompted them to work actively to maintain peace and stability in the region, and Mali is currently facing many crises such as instability, rebellions, power struggles, coups, social unrest, and a fragile economic situation. Therefore, in this research paper, we have tried to understand and explain the crisis in Mali and the failure of the United Nations through the deployment of peacekeeping forces and France through military support (for economic and political purposes) to bring peace to Mali, and knowledge of Algeria’s approach to the crisis as a central state in the African Sahel region, and with the continued development of the situation in Mali, and the expulsion and withdrawal of the peace mission. From Mali, it is important for the international community to closely monitor developments and work to find sustainable solutions that enhance peace and security in the Sahel region in general and in Mali in particular
