Résumé
The project of this scientific contribution is based on an in-depth understanding of the logic of aversion prevailing among young people, despite the paramount importance that Algeria attaches to pushing the involvement of young people within the equation of decision-making and oversight, by employing all possible means to attract them, in the context of a legal and ethical combination that guarantees it to be a starting point, And the spirit of an initiative that would strengthen the principle of partnership in governance and responsibility, as well as a safe transition towards building an Algeria in which young people have always emphasized the centrality of their role and their legitimate demands there.
