الإحياء العلمي ودوره في تجديد مباحث أصول الفقه الإسلامي The Scientific Revival And Its Effect In Renewing Viewpoints On Principles Of Islamic Jurisprudence

الملخص

الملخص: تعالج هذه الورقة العلمية موضوعا من أهم المواضيع الأصولية، وهو تجديد مباحث أصول الفقه الإسلامي، وركزت على صورة من صور التجديد المختلفة وهو "الإحياء العلمي"، الذي يعتبر أكثر صور التجديد فاعلية في المادة العلمية للدرس الأصولي، فتطرقت لبيان الإحياء العلمي بشقيه النظري والتطبيقي، فالنظري كان وقفة مع الماهية ببيان المفهوم بأنه خروج عن الجماد إلى الفاعلية، ثم بيان أنماط الإحياء بكونها ابتكار جديد وإعادة مندرس، ثم توضيح واقع حال الإحياء العلمي في الدرس الأصولي، فتجلى أنه إحياء ركن أو تقرير قواعد أصولية، والتطبيقي جمع نموذجين أصوليين هما الإمامين الشاطبي وعبد الله الغماري، بهما اتضح الإحياء العلمي في مباحث أصول الفقه الإسلامي. Abstract: This paper examines one of the most important Topics of Fundamentalists, namely the renewal of Fundamentals of Islamic jurisprudence, that focused on one of the diverse forms of renewal, the "scientific revival", which is viewed to be one of the most effective methods to renewing scientific material in this field. In that, it investigated this scientific revival in both theoretical and applied aspects. As for the theoretical one, it fervently explained the concept as a departure from inanimate to effective, then demonstrated the types of revival. Moreover, it clarified the actual image of scientific revival in the Fundamentalist lesson. This has proposed two different realizations, a revival of a pillar, or the establishment of Fundamental rules. As far as the applied part is also concerned, a combination of two Fundamentalist pioneers, namely the two imams Al-Shatibi and Abdullah Al-Ghumari were gathered. This has offered a clear delineation of renewing aspects related to the Fundamentals of Islamic jurisprudence.
