الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أثر المستجدات الطبية في أحكام الحمل والرضاع ومن أبرز هذه المستجدات في مجال الحمل مسألة تجميد أنسجة المبيض, وفي مجال الرضاع حكم مُدرّات الحليب المعاصرة وأثرها في انتشار الحرمة بالرضاع, وويبين هذا البحث تداعيات هذه المستجدات الطبية على الأسرة المسلمة في ضوء تفعيل معطيات الاجتهاد المقاصدي وأدواته ودوره البارز في توجيه الحكم جهة تحققيق المصالح ودفع المفاسد. Abstract This research aims to study the impact of medical developments on the provisions of pregnancy and breastfeeding. The most prominent of these developments in the field of pregnancy is the issue of freezing ovarian tissue, and in the field of breastfeeding, the ruling on contemporary galactagogues and their impact on the spread of the prohibition of breastfeeding. This research shows the repercussions of these medical developments on the Muslim family in light of activating the data of the objective reasoning and its tools and its prominent role in directing the ruling towards achieving interests and preventing harm.
