University Professor's Representation Of The Requirements Of The Quality Of Scientific Research In The Algerian University

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة للكشف عن التصورات التي يكونها الأساتذة الجامعيون لمتطلبات جودة البحث العلمي في الجامعة الجزائرية. ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدنا على مستوى البناء والتناول المنهجي للدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، حيث استعملنا تقنية شبكة الترابطات لـ Maria Silvana Rossa Anna بهدف الكشف عن كل من بُنية، ومضامين، ومؤشرات القطبية، بالإضافة إلى مؤشري الحيادية والنمطية في الحقل الدلالي المرتبط بالتصورات الإجتماعية، ولقد طبقنا هذه التقنية على عينة عشوائية بسيطة مكونة من 10 أساتذة بجامعة قسنطية 2 - عبد الحميد مهري - ممن لديهم خبرة تتجاوز 10 سنوات. سمحت لنا عملية تحليل النتائج باستعمال مؤشرين إحصائيين خاصين هما: مؤشر القطبية (P) ومؤشر الحياد (N) إلى جمع العناصر الضمنية المكوّنة للحقل التصوري للأساتذة الجامعيين حول متطلبات جودة البحث العلمي بالجامعة الجزائرية والتي تتشكل بحسب تصوراتهم من: التمويل، الوسائل التقنية، الملتقيات، الإبداع، المناجمنت، الإتصال، الهيئة التدريسية، المخابر والمنشآت البحثية... This study aims to reveal representation formed by university professors of the requirements of the quality of scientific research in the Algerian university. For this, we relied on methodological approach, the descriptive approach, where we used the technique of network correlations of Maria Rossa with the aim of revealing each structure, contents, indicators of polarity, and the indicators of neutrality and stereotyped in the semantic field associated with social perceptions, and we applied them. The study was conducted on a random sample of 10 professors at the University of Constantine 2, more than10 years experienced. We used two special statistical indicators: the polarity index (P) and the neutrality index (N) to collect the implicit elements that make up their conceptual field about the requirements of the Algerian’s research quality which are formed according to their perceptions of: funding, technique all means, forums, Creativity, mining, communication, faculty, laboratories, research facilities.
