دور منظمة العمل الدولية في مجابهة عمالة الأطفال ومدى انعكاساتها على التشريع الجزائري

الملخص
تعد عمالة الأطفال من أهم المواضيع الشائكة والمتشابكة لما تطرحه من قضايا ذات أبعاد سلبية على الطفل من خلال تسخيره في أعمال لا تتناسب مع كيانه البشري والحسي لذا جعلت المجموعة الدولية هذا الموضوع من أولويات اهتمامها، وكرست أجهزة تسهر على حماية الأطفال من كل أوجه الاسترقاق والاستغلال. وتتناول الدراسة جهود منظمة العمل الدولية في مجال محاربة عمالة الأطفال لكونها من اهم الأدوات الدولية المسخرة في هذا المجال ، وذلك بالتركيز على مفهوم عمالة الأطفال ، والإطار العام لمنظمة العمل الدولية وسياساتها في مواجهة عمالة الأطفال على المستوى التشريعي والعملي ، ومجالات تأثير ذلك على الجزائر باعتبارها من اهم الدول المتأثرة بمنظمة العمل الدولية من خلال المصادقة على اتفاقياتها ومساعدتها في تجسيد خططها على ارض الواقع، بالإضافة الى الإشارة الى اهم التحديات التي تواجه الخطط الاستراتيجية لمنظمة العمل الدولية والجزائر في مواجهة عمالة الأطفال. Abstract : Child labor is one of the most complex and sensitive issues due to its negative impact on children, as it involves exploiting them in activities that are incompatible with their physical and emotional development. Consequently, the international community has prioritized this issue, establishing dedicated bodies to protect children from all forms of slavery and exploitation. This study examines the efforts of the International Labour Organization (ILO) in combating child labor, as it is one of the most significant international instruments in this field. The focus is on the concept of child labor, the general framework of the ILO, and its policies for addressing child labor at both the legislative and practical levels. The study also explores the impact of these efforts on Algeria, which is one of the countries most influenced by the ILO. Algeria has ratified ILO conventions and received assistance in implementing its plans on the ground. Furthermore, the study highlights the key challenges facing the strategic plans of both the ILO and Algeria in their fight against child labor.
