الملخص
• الملخص: شكلت أحداث 8 افريل 1938 نقطة تحول كان لها تأثير على نشاط الأحزاب السياسية التونسية بما فيها الحزب الدستوري التونسي الجديد، باللجوء إلى العمل النضالي السري و تأسيس كل من الديوان السياسي الخامس و السادس والسابع التي عملت على الترويج لأفكاره من خلال توزيع المناشير السرية و الدعائية لتحفيز الشعب التونسي على الخروج في مظاهرات مطالبة بالحرية السياسية و اطلاق المعتقلين ، كما دعم المناضلون بلجان للمقاومة قامت بعدة عمليات ضد المصالح المرتبطة بسلطات الحماية المتعاقبة خاصة حكومة فيشي التي ضيقت على قادة الدستوري الجديد و مناضليه . لكن بعد تولي المنصف باي العرش في تونس فتح مجال العمل السياسي و قام بعدة إصلاحات سياسية عجلت بالإفراج على المعتقلين السياسية أمثال الحبيب بورقيبة و ظهور علني للعمل السياسي. Abstract: The events of 8 April 1938, a turning point that had an impact on the activity of Tunisian political parties, including the new Tunisian Constitutional Party, by resorting to the secret militant work and the establishment of both the fifth, sixth and seventh political bureau that worked to promote its ideas through the distribution of secret and propaganda leaflets to motivate the Tunisian people To go out in the demonstrations demanding political freedom and the release of the detainees, and the militants supported the resistance committees that carried out several operations against the interests associated with successive protection authorities, especially the Vichy government, which tightened the leaders . However, after the fairness of the throne in Tunisia, he opened the field of political action and carried out several political reforms that accelerated the release of political detainees, headed by Habib Bourguiba and the public appearance of political action.
