Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to explore the level of organizational loyalty among employees of Lafarge Holcim Cement Company in Hammam Dalaa, M'sila, and its relationship with personal data variables (gender, age, education level, and experience duration in the organization). To address the study's problem statement what is the level of organizational loyalty among employees of Lafarge Holcim Cement Company in Hammam Dalaa, M’sila, a descriptive-analytical method was employed. The study provided a theoretical overview and designed a questionnaire to measure organizational loyalty. The study population consisted of 450 employees of the company in M'sila, with a sample size of 40 individuals. The findings indicated a high level of organizational loyalty among the employees. There were no statistically significant differences in organizational loyalty based on gender, age, or education level. However, there were statistically significant differences in organizational loyalty based on the variable of experience duration in the organization ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف مستوى الولاء التنظيمي لدى عاملي مؤسسة الإسمنت لافارج هولسيم حمام الظلعة بالمسيلة، وعلاقته بمتغيرات البيانات الشخصية ( الجنس، السن، المستوى التعليمي، مدة الخبرة في المؤسسة)، وللإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة المتمثلة في ما هو مستوى الولاء التنظيمي الذي يتمتع به العاملون بمؤسسة الإسمنت، إستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقدمنا عرض للجانب النظري للدراسة ومن ثم قمنا بتصميم إستبيان لقياس الولاء التنظيمي، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في عمال مؤسسة الإسمنت البالغ عددهم 450، وبلغ حجم العينة (40) شخصا، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع من الولاء التنظيمي لدى عاملي المؤسسة، وانه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متغير الولاء التنظيمي تعزى لكل من متغير الجنس والسن والمستوى التعليمي، وانه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الولاء التنظيمي تعزى لمتغير مدة الخبرة في المؤسسة.
