الفضاء العمومي وعقلنة الفعل التواصلي عند هابرماس

الملخص

يركّز البحث على العناصر الأساسية التي شكّلت مفهوم الفضاء العمومي باعتباره حجر الزاوية في الفكر السياسي الهابرماسي، وبوصفه ظاهرة اجتماعية ساهمت في تطوير نظرية سياسية حول الديمقراطية موصلة بإتيقا المناقشة، حيث مكّنت عقلنة الفعل التواصلي من بناء ديمقراطية تشاورية بديلة عن سابقتيها الليبيرالية والاشتراكية، من أجل بناء دولة الحق والقانون والديمقراطية. لذلك سيغدو هذا العمل استشكالا من يورغن هابرماس لمفهوم الفضاء العمومي ودوره في عقلنة الفعل التواصلي السياسي بوصفه ملتقى تتلاقح فيه الآراء والمواقف من أجل تحقيق تواصل مشترك، فهو المجال الذي يحقق التواصل السياسي بين المواطنين في إطار العالم المعيش حيث يتصيّر فيه دور المواطن إلى فاعل اجتماعي له القدرة على تنظيم الحياة السياسية ضمن فضاء حواري تشاركي، ومن خلاله يتحدّد المجال السياسي من حيث جودته الخطابية، حيث ترتبط نظرية الفعل التواصلي بعقلنة السياسة عبر الوسيط اللغوي وأساسه النقاش التشاوري، لذلك تمحورت أهداف هذه الدراسة في الكشف عن الصلة التي تصل الفضاء العمومي بفعل العقلنة كما هو متجل في النظرية الديمقراطية التشاورية كرهان واقعي لنشأة المجتمعات المدنية. This research paper focuses on the basic elements that formed the concept of public sphere as a cornerstone of Habermasian political thought, and as a social phenomenon that contributed to the development of a political theory about democracy connected to discourse ethics, as it enabled the rationalization of communicative action to build a deliberative democracy as an alternative to its liberal and socialist predecessors, in order to build a state of rights, law and democracy. Therefore, this work will be dealing with problems related to Jürgen Habermas's concept of public sphere and its role in rationalizing political communicative action as a meeting space where opinions and viewpoints cross-pollinate in order to achieve common communication. It is the sphere that realizes political communication between citizens within the framework of the lifeworld, where the role of the citizen becomes a social actor with the ability to organize political life within a collaborative dialogue sphere; through which the political field is determined in terms of its discourse quality, as the theory of communicative action is linked to the rationalization of politics through the linguistic based on deliberative debate. Therefore, the objectives of this study focused on revealing the connections of public sphere to the act of rationalization as it is manifested in the theory of deliberative democracy as a realistic bet for the emergence of civil societies.
