Contracts Theory: Study In Algerian Civil Code And French Civil Code

Abstract

This studwork aims to accentuate the crucial points related to contract theory in civil law in Algerian and Napoleonic code after the reform because of the factors that have affected the last concept of contract in addition to laws reform necessity due to trade and economy extension around the whole world via technology, and giving ultimately some results coupled with the most serious recommendations to Algerian and French legislators.
