الملخص

الملخص: يواجه العمال في بيئة عملهم مخاطر عديدة بدرجات متفاوتة الخطورة، تعتبر المخاطر الكيميائية أبرزها وأشدها خطورة، لذلك أولى المشرع الجزائري حماية العمال من أثر هذه المخاطر عناية كبيرة بموجب قواعد وتدابير وقائية وعلاجية، أهمها وضع بطاقات تعريفية على كل مادة كيميائية وذلك للإشارة الى هويتها، كما أورد أحكام خاصة بنقلها وتداولها نظرا لحساسيتها، وضمانا لتطبيق هذه القواعد وضع مجموعة من الالتزامات على عاتق كل من أصحاب العمل، تحت طائلة عقوبات جزائية على كل مخالفة لهذه القواعد. Abstract: In their work environment, workers face many risks of varying degrees of severity. Chemical risks are considered the most prominent and most dangerous. Therefore the Algerian legislator has paid great attention to protecting workers from the impact of these risks in accordance with preventive and remedial rules and measures, the most important of which is placing identification cards on each chemical substance in order to indicate its identity, as stated. Special provisions for their transfer and circulation due to their sensitivity, and to ensure the application of these rules, placing a set of obligations on each of the employers under penalty of penal penalties for any violation of these rules.
