مشروع بناء مفهوم المقاول(المستثمر)في المجتمع الجزائري، بين الواقع و المأمول

الملخص
من خلال هذه المقالة التي كانت عبارة عن دراسة ميدانية أردنا أن نفهم فهما فيبيريا لفكرة المقاول (المستثمر) في المجتمع الجزائري، و نحاول من خلال ذلك رسم إستراتيجية بمنظور فوقي حول كيفية إنجاح هذه الفكرة و جعل عالم الأشخاص (أفراد المجتمع) تتماشى مع عالم الأفكار الخاص بصناع القرار و سياساتهم من أجل خلق الإسثمار، و لذلك استعملنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الكيفي و تقنية المقابلة و خلصنا في الأخير إلى أن الفكر المقاولاتي لابد أن يبنى من القاعدة أي من التنشئة الاجتماعية ( الأسرة و المدرسة)، و منه إن أرادة الدولة الجزائرية المضي قدما نحو هذا الهدف لابد من الإهتمام بالأسرة التي تعد النواة الأولى لهذا المنتج المستقبلي و لهذا المشروع الذي يعتبر مشروع دولة بأكمله و توجهها نحو الفكر المقاولاتي، بالإضافة إلى ذلك يجب على صناع القرار إعادة النظر بالإستعانة بمختصين في مناهج و برامج المستوى التعليمي قصد تعديلها و جعلها تتماشى و تتطابق مع مشروع فكرة المستثمر، و بعد تحضير هذا المنتج و بنائه يصل إلى الجامعة منتج جاهز ليكون مستثمرا جزائريا بامتياز. Through this article, which was a field study, we wanted to understand the Weberian understanding of the idea of entrepreneur (investor) in Algerian society, and through this we try to draw a strategy from a top-down perspective on how to make this idea succeed and align the world of people (members of society) with the world of ideas related to decision-makers and their policies in order to create investments. Therefore, in this study, we used the qualitative approach and the interview technique. , and we finally concluded that entrepreneurial thinking must be built from the base, that is, from socialization (family and school), and therefore, if the Algerian state wants to move towards this goal, attention must be paid to the family, which is the primary core of this future product and project, which is considered a state project. In addition, decision-makers must reconsider with the help of specialists the curricula and programs of the educational level in order to modify them and make them coherent and compatible with the investor's project, and after preparing and building this product, a product arrives at the university ready to be the Algerian investor par excellence
