أهمية تكوين لجان التدقيق في الشركات الجزائرية لتحسين وإرساء حوكمة الشركات، دراسة ميدانية من وجهة نظر الأكاديميين

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز دور لجان التدقيق في تحسين وإرساء الحوكمة في الشركات الجزائرية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة الجامعيين المتخصصين، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال جمع المفاهيم المتعلقة بلجان التدقيق وحوكمة الشركات، وتم إعداد وتصميم استبيان وتحليله بهدف استقصاء آراء الاكاديميين بخصوص موضوع البحث. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن تكوين لجان التدقيق له دور بارز في تعزيز حوكمة الشركات الجزائرية من خلال مساعدتها لمجلس الإدارة في القيام بأعماله، وتقييم نظام الرقاية الداخلية وإدارة المخاطر، إضافة إلى دعم مهنة التدقيق واستقلاليتها وضمان نزاهة ومصداقية وشفافية القوائم المالية وبالتالي تحسين أداء الشركات. This research aims to show the role of audit committees in improving and establishing governance in Algerian companies from the point of view of specialized university professors. To achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon by collecting concepts related to audit committees and corporate governance. A questionnaire was prepared, designed and analyzed with the aim of surveying the opinions of academics regarding the research topic. This study concluded that the formation of audit committees has a prominent role in enhancing Algerian corporate governance by assisting the board of directors in carrying out its work, evaluating the internal control system and risk management, in addition to supporting the auditing profession and its independence and ensuring the integrity, credibility and transparency of financial statements, thus improving the performance of companies
