Support Export Process In Algerian Small And Medium Industries, In The Light Of The German Mittelstand Experience

Abstract
This article discusses the process of accompanying and supporting small and medium industries, and the way to develop their effectiveness and export capacity through the German experience. By studying the legal framework, the support and accompaniment system, and trying to analyse the situation of small and medium industries, in Algerian economy on the one hand, and the success factors of German SMEs on the other hand, we can conclude that Algerian small and medium industries can develop quickly and achieve exporting with their potential. This requires strengthening the advantages offered by the support process as well as the culture of entrepreneurship and innovation, which are key success factors for German Mittelstand
