الملخص
تعتبر الجريمة الجمركية من اكثر الجرائم الاقتصادية خطورة وهي تؤثر بشكل سلبي على اقتصاديات الدول .ولهذا فانها تسعى بكل جهودها الى محاربة هذه الجريمة على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي ومنها الجزائر . ولقد اهتم القانون الجزائري بالكشف عن هذه الجريمة ومحاربتها وذلك وفق نصوص قانونية أوكلت مهام ذلك الى أعوان مؤهلين لذلك قانونا . .ومن بين الطرق القانونية لهذا البحث التحقيق الجمركي خاصة في الجرائم الجمركية غير المتلبس بها. حيث وضع المشرع إجراءات خاصة لهذا التحقيق واشخاصا مؤهلين للقيام به . وكان لهذا التحيق خصوصية. Abstract: Customs crime is considered one of the most serious economic crimes and negatively affects the economies of countries. Therefore, it seeks with all its efforts to combat this crime at the national and international levels, including Algeria. Algerian law has focused on detecting and combating this crime in accordance with legal texts that entrusted the tasks of this to agents legally qualified to do so. One of the legal methods for this research is the customs investigation, especially in customs crimes that are not committed. The legislator established special procedures for this investigation and qualified persons to carry it out. This investigation had a peculiarity
