Abstract

The aim of this academic paper is to study the evolution of the entrepreneurial environment for start-ups in Algeria during the period 2019-2023. It also highlights the challenges faced and opportunities seized by these enterprises. In addition, it explores the success factors within this entrepreneurial ecosystem. To support these start-ups, the Algerian government has taken significant steps to enhance the entrepreneurial environment by establishing a fund administration that finances these enterprises and ensures their development. This research serves as a reference and provides recommendations for improving governmental organizational structures by fostering innovative ideas that help enhance financial frameworks, with a particular focus on legal aspects and regulations that guarantee progress in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
