The Legal Framework For The Production, Transmission, And Distribution Of Electricity From Renewable Energy Sources In Algeria

الملخص

This presentation aims to study the legal system to produce electricity from renewable energies, and as such reached for confirmation that renewable energy production is governed by the special regime set out under Law No. 02-01 on electricity and gas distribution channels by implementing texts. In the same context, transmission and distribution phase of electricity generated by renewable energies is considered a second phase following the production phase, the Algerian legislature has organized its provisions through Law No. 02-01 aforementioned implementing texts.
