Al-qaradawi's Method To Dealing With Islamic Heritage

Abstract
the heritage is linking the present of the nation to its past, and its aspiration towards its future , its importance is manifested in examining the truth from falsehood ; to determine the identity of the nation and to be able to move forward on a solid basis . Al-Qaradawi calls for dealing with the heritage altogether without regard to jurisprudential doctrine, the jurisprudential heritage in general must be researched without neglecting the heritage left by the companions and followers from which we derive what is commensurate with the reality of our contemporary societies التراث هو ربط لحاضر الأمة بماضيها، وتطلعها نحو مستقبلها ، تتجلى أهميته في تمحيص الحق من الزيف والباطل؛ لتحديد هوية الأمة والتمكن من المضي قدما وفق أساس متين . يدعو القرضاوي إلى التعامل مع التراث جملة دون اعتبار للمذهبية الفقهية، ودون الالتزام بما هو مشهور، ودون حجر على مرجوحات الاجتهادات والفتاوى، بل يجب البحث في التراث الفقهي بشكل عام دون إغفال لما تركه الصحابة والتابعين من تراث نستخلص منه ما يتناسب مع واقع مجتمعاتنا المعاصرة
