Mechanisms For Investing Endowment Properties In Algerian Legislation

Abstract
Endowment properties are charitable projects that benefit individuals and the country, given their effective role in achieving social and economic development through the investment of their assets and profits in projects that bring great success and general benefit to society. To ensure the continuity of this effective role of endowments and their involvement in the development process, there must be an independent administrative system that supervises their management, organization, and regulation through adopting mechanisms that align with the unique nature of this charitable action and the nature of endowment real estate wealth. This was restored and invested through Law No. 91-10 related to endowments and its legal texts .
