الملخص
ملخص إن الهدف من دراسة هذا الموضوع هو إبراز دور الإدارة الرقمية في تحسين وتطوير الخدمات الإدارية وفي بناء تصور حديث لمفاهيم الإدارة العمومية. واستنتاجا، حاولت الجزائر بجهد تحديث الإدارة عن طريق تطبيق الرقمنة في الهياكل الإدارية وربطها فيما بينها ومع المواطن ضمن نظام شبكي، إلا أن ضمان نجاحها التام في ذلك يستوجب مجموعة من الإجراءات . Résumé L'objectif de l'étude de ce sujet est de mettre en évidence le rôle de l'administration numérique dans l'amélioration et le développement des services administratifs et dans la construction d'une vision moderne des concepts d'administration publique En conclusion, l'Algérie s'est efforcée de moderniser l'administration en appliquant la numérisation aux structures administratives et en les reliant entre elles et avec le citoyen au sein d'un système en réseau, mais pour assurer son plein succès, il faut un ensemble de mesures. Abstract: The aim of studying this topic is to highlight the role of digital administration in improving and developing administrative services and in building a modern vision of public administration concepts. In conclusion, Algeria has tried hard to modernize the administration by applying digitization to the administrative structures and linking them with each other and with the citizen within a networked system, but ensuring its complete success in this requires a set of measures.
