مساهمة أصول الملكية الفكرية في دعم المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لاختراق الأسواق الدولية

الملخص
من المعتقدات الخاطئة أن حماية الملكية الفكرية هي حكر على المؤسسات الكبيرة وأنها غير صالحة للمؤسساات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. ففي حين أن المؤسسات الكبيرة تستثمر في الملكية الفكرية لأسباب وجيهة – لحماية منتجاتها وخدماتها – وتثبيط المنافسة وتوليد مصادر دخل جديدة لنفسها- تستفيد دون شك المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة أيضاً من الملكية الفكرية. لذا جاءت هذه المداخلة لتبرز مدى أهمية نظام الملكية الفكرية في دعم هذه المؤسسات ليس فقط على الصعيد الاقليمي وإنما حتى الدولي. ولبلوغ هذا الهدف اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال التطرق إلى أبرز المفاهيم المتعلقة بالدراسة وربطها مع بعضها البعض وتحليلها. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها أن تمكن ويمكن أن تساهم حقوق الملكية الفكرية في تعزيز فرص الشركات في استقطاب مستهلكين مخلصين لمنتجاتها وخدماتها في أسواق التصدير. One of the misconceptions is that intellectual property protection is the preserve of large institutions and that it is not valid for small and medium enterprises. While large enterprises invest in intellectual property for good reasons - to protect their products and services - and discourage competition and generate new sources of income for themselves - undoubtedly small and medium enterprises also benefit from intellectual property. Therefore, this intervention came to highlight the importance of the intellectual property system in supporting these institutions, not only at the regional level, but even internationally. To achieve this goal, this study relied on the analytical descriptive approach by addressing the most prominent concepts related to the study and linking them with each other and analyzing them. This study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is that intellectual property rights can and can contribute to enhancing companies' opportunities to attract loyal consumers of their products and services in export markets.
