التأويلية القرآنية المعاصرة في الميزان -بين رهانات التأويل وضوابط الإجتهاد والتفسير

الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: دعت التأويلية المعاصرة إلى قراءة جديدة للنص الشرعي وفق رؤى متجدّدة في مناهجها وطروحاتها في العلوم اللغوية المعاصرة ومناهج العلوم الإنسانية. وكانت أبرز سماتها انفتاح الدلالات واتساعها، وحضور العقل، وحرية التأويل والنقد والتفكيك، اقتداءاً بالنموذج الغربي الذي طبّقه الغرب المسيحي على النص المقدّس. قصد إعطاء النص إطاراً تجديدياً، ونظاماً معرفياً تنويرياً، نظراً للرهانات الفكرية المعاصرة، والمتغيرات الواقعية والإجتماعية الجذرية. لتصبح مسألة القراءة والفهم متعلقة بتأويل وفهم الشرائع مادياً، تطوّرياً، ونسبيّاً تاريخياً، وعقلانياً. فقد ركزت القراءة القرآنية المعاصرة على البنية الواقعية، والأرضية الزمانية والمكانية لتكوين النص، ليُخْلَص بعد تمرير النص على مشرحة التاريخية إلى نقد الظاهر والباطن، والتأسيس لمنصات تأويلية تتخلّص في جملتها من كل قراءة تقليدية، باعتبار أن النص القرآني مقاربة دلالية ضمن السياق الزماني والمكاني، ومفاعيل الوعي الإنساني المتجدّد، واشتراطات وجوده التاريخي المتغيّر. Abstract: Contemporary hermeneutics called for a new reading of the legal text according to renewed visions in its approaches and proposals in contemporary linguistic sciences and humanities curricula. Its most prominent features were the openness and breadth of the connotations, the presence of the mind, and the freedom of interpretation, criticism, and deconstruction, following the Western model applied by the Christian West to the sacred text. The intention is to give the text a rejuvenating framework and an enlightening epistemological system, given the contemporary intellectual stakes and the fundamental real and social variables. The issue of reading and understanding becomes related to the interpretation and understanding of the laws materially, evolutionarily, historically and rationally. Contemporary Quranic reading focused on the realistic structure, and the temporal and spatial ground for the formation of the text, so that after passing the text on the historical morgue, it was concluded to criticize the apparent and the hidden, and the establishment of interpretive platforms that get rid of all traditional reading, given that the Qur’anic text is a semantic approach within the temporal and spatial context, and the effects of The renewed human awareness, and the requirements of its changing historical existence.
