اللسانيات الجنائية من تقارب لغوي قانوني إلى تكامل وظيفي تخصصي

الملخص
إن قيام الفكر الابستيمولوجي على مبدأ تكامل العلوم وتداخلها، كشف عنه الكثير من العلماء وأقروه، وأثبته واقع الباحثين في سياق تدارسهم وتصنيفهم للعلوم، إذ لا يمكن لتخصص من التخصصات أن يستمر في البحوث منفردا؛ فالتعديل المقصود إنما يحصل بالتجسير بين التخصصات واستحداث ثقافة الوصل فيما بينها، رغبة في تكريس منهج يتجاوز النظرة الضيقة للانكفاء على الذات بالانفتاح على حقول مختلفة وتحقيق التفاعل بينها، بسبب ما تتطلبه الحاجة المعرفية من ضرورة التحاور والمشاركة والتلاقح. ولم يكن المجال القانوني بعيدا عن هذا التداخل والتكامل بين العلوم والمعارف، مما استدعى ظهور دراسات مشتركة بين المعرفة القانونية والمعرفة اللسانية تعرف ب: اللسانيات الجنائية؛ لأن القوانين جميعها قائمة على ضبط لغة الإنسان وسلوكه. وبذلك تهدف هذه الورقة إلى التعريف باللسانيات الجنائية وأهم مصادرها ومجالاتها. The epistemological foundation thought on principle integration and overlapping of sciences ;it was revealed and proven by many scholars, it was proven by the reality of researchers in the context of their study and sciences classification .it is not possible for one of the disciplines to continue in research alone, the intended modification takes place by linking disciplines and creating a culture of connection between them, with a desire to develop a curriculum that goes beyond the narrow view of self sufficiency by opening up to different fields and achieving interaction between them; because of that the cognitive need requires of the need for dialogue participation and cross-fertilization. The legal field was not far from this overlap and integration between science and knowledge, this necessitated the emergence of joint studies between legal and linguistics as: forensic linguistics. So; this paper aims to introduce forensic linguistics and its important sources and fields.
