الملخص
يعد التنويع الاقتصادي أمرًا بالغ الأهمية، خاصة بالنسبة للبلدان التي تعتمد بشكل كبير على مصدر دخل واحد، مثل النفط. غالبًا ما تعاني هذه البلدان من تشوهات اقتصادية كبيرة وتتجاهل الموارد الطبيعية القيمة الأخرى، مما يؤدي إلى هيكل اقتصادي أحادي. ويتجلى الاعتماد على النفط من خلال تقلبات أسعاره، والتي تتأثر بأسواق النفط العالمية. وتؤثر هذه التقلبات على استقرار ونمو هذه البلدان، مما دفع صندوق النقد الدولي إلى إصدار تحذيرات في عام 2006، يحث فيها البلدان المعتمدة على النفط على تنويع اقتصاداتها ومعالجة هذه الاختلالات. والجزائر، باعتبارها واحدة من هذه البلدان، لم تكن بمنأى عن هذه القضية. فهي تعتمد بشدة على قطاع النفط لتمويل نفقاتها الاستهلاكية والاستثمارية منذ استقلالها، وقد فشلت الحكومات المتعاقبة في تنويع مصادر الدخل المتعددة. لذا نهدف في هذه المداخلة إلى معرفة واقع وأهمية التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر. Economic diversification is of utmost importance, especially for countries that heavily rely on a single income source, such as oil. These countries often suffer from significant economic distortions and neglect other valuable natural resources, resulting in a single-economy structure. The reliance on oil is evident through its price fluctuations, which are influenced by the global oil markets. These fluctuations impact the stability and growth of these countries, prompting the International Monetary Fund to issue warnings in 2006, urging oil-dependent countries to diversify their economies and address these imbalances. Algeria, being one of these countries, has not been immune to this issue. It heavily relies on the oil sector to finance its consumption and investment expenditures since its independence, and successive governments have failed to diversify its income sources. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the reality and significance of economic diversification in Algeria
