الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تشخيص واقع تحديات رقمنة الخدمات الصحية في ظل تداعيات جائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد في الجزائر ، على اعتبار أن التحول الرقمي للقطاع الصحي في ظل هذه الأزمة، يمنح فرصا متميزة و مهارات عديدة لفهم التأثير الأوسع للتكنولوجيات على الثقافة و الحياة. و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه و بالرغم من كل مجهودات الدولة الجزائرية لترقية القطاع الصحي و رقمنته ليقدم خدماته عن بعد ،غير أنه لا يزال يواجه جملة من العقبات التي تقف كعائق أمام ذلك،و لتخطي هذه العقبات الجزائر مدعوة إلى تبني تقنيات الرقمنة الحديثة التي تضمن لها التنمية الصحية المستدامة في زمن كورونا. This study aims to diagnose the reality of the challenges of digitization of health services in light of the repercussions of the emerging coronavirus pandemic in algeria, as the digital transformation of the health sector in this crisis, provides excellent opportunities and many skills to understand the wider impact of technologies on culture and life. the study concluded that despite all the efforts of the algerian state to upgrade the health sector and its digitization to provide its services remotely, it still faces a number of obstacles that stand in the way of this, and to overcome these obstacles algeria is called upon to adopt modern digitization techniques that guarantee sustainable health development in the time of corona.
