الملخص

تعد الرقمنة والتكنولوجيا الحديثة من العوامل الأساسية في تعزيز استراتيجية التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر، خاصة في ظل السعي لتقليل الاعتماد على قطاع الطاقة التقليدي. حيث تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان، تم تحليل مدى تأثير الرقمنة على أداء المؤسسات الجزائرية في مختلف المجالات، وخلصت النتائج إلى أن الرقمنة تقدم إمكانات هائلة لتعزيز التنافسية على المستوى المحلي والدولي.كما تناولت المداخلة أيضا العقبات التي تواجه تطبيق الرقمنة بشكل كامل في الجزائر، ومنها الحاجة إلى تطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية وتوفير التدريب الكافي للعاملين. وتؤكد على أهمية دعم السياسات الحكومية لتحفيز الاستثمارات في القطاع التكنولوجي كجزء من استراتيجية تنويع الاقتصاد وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. تشدد المداخلة على أن التحول الرقمي ليس مجرد عملية تقنية، بل هو استراتيجية شاملة يمكنها إعادة تشكيل الاقتصاد الجزائري وتعزيز قدرته على مواكبة التغيرات العالمية. Digitization and modern technology are essential factors in enhancing the economic diversification strategy in Algeria, especially in light of the quest to reduce dependence on the traditional energy sector. This study relied on the distribution of a questionnaire, the extent of the impact of digitization on the performance of Algerian institutions in various fields was analyzed, and the results concluded that digitization offers enormous potential to enhance competitiveness at the local and international levels. The intervention also addressed the obstacles facing the full implementation of digitization in Algeria, including the need to develop the digital infrastructure and provide adequate training for workers. It emphasizes the importance of supporting government policies to stimulate investments in the technology sector as part of the strategy to diversify the economy and achieve sustainable development. The intervention emphasizes that digital transformation is not just a technical process, but rather a comprehensive strategy that can reshape the Algerian economy and enhance its ability to keep pace with global changes
