الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على دور الرقمنة في تسهيل وتحسين الخدمات الصحية بالقطاع الصحي في الجزائر، إذ تسعى الجزائر من خلال الجهود المتواصلة والمواكبة للتطور التكنولوجي المتسارع خاصة في القطاع الصحي إلى العمل على سد الفجوة الرقمية في مختلف المرافق الصحية، من خلال تسطير برامج شاملة لتعميم رقمنة القطاع الصحي في مختلف ربوع الوطن والعمل على التطبيق التام للمشاريع الصحية الرقمية التي أطلقها وزير الصحة والمتعلقة بالجانب الصحي في البلاد، إضافة إلى تعميم استخدام المنصة الرقمية الصحية دوتكا كونها تعتبر إضافة جيدة في رقمنة القطاع الصحي. This research paper aims to identify the role of digitization in facilitating and improving healthcare services in the healthcare sector in Algeria. Algeria, through its continuous efforts and keeping pace with rapid technological advancements, especially in the healthcare sector, seeks to bridge the digital gap in various healthcare facilities. This is achieved by outlining comprehensive programs to mainstream the digitization of the healthcare sector across the country and ensuring full implementation of digital health projects initiated by the Minister of Health pertaining to the country's healthcare sector.
